Request a refund

Enter your license key and the email address you used at checkout. If they match a purchase made in the last 14 days, the refund is sent right away; once Waffo confirms it, usually within minutes, the license key stops working. You don’t need to give a reason.

2. Include the email address you used at checkout, or the order reference from the email with your license key.

What happens next

We issue the refund through Waffo, our merchant of record, to your original payment method. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider. We reply to email requests within 2 business days. Whenever a refund is issued, by the form or by us, the license key is deactivated and the paid features lock again.

After 14 days

The form only works within 14 days, because our payment provider cannot refund older payments automatically. Email us anyway if something is wrong. We will look at it case by case. This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer law where you live. See also the terms of service.
