One price, paid once
Data Matrix Generator Pro costs US$19.90, a one-time payment. You get a license key that unlocks the paid features in your browser. There is no account, no subscription and no renewal. Any sales tax or VAT is included in the price.
Thanks for your purchase. Your license key is in the email we sent to the address you used at checkout (check spam too). Open the tool on the home page, paste the key under “Enter license key” and press Activate.
Refunds
If it does not work for you, email support@data-matrix-generator.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. We reply within 2 business days. Read the full Refund policy, the terms and the privacy policy.

Is this a subscription?
No. Data Matrix Generator Pro is a single US$19.90 payment. There is no renewal and nothing to cancel.
Do I need to pay to use the tool?
No. Single codes and batches of up to 5 are free, with no sign-up. Longer lists and choosing the first label on a sheet need a license key; without one, an export keeps the first 5 codes.
How do I unlock the paid features after paying?
After checkout you come back to this site and the features unlock in that browser on their own. The license key also arrives by email: if the page does not unlock, or you use another browser, paste the key under “Enter license key” and click Activate.
Can I use it on more than one device?
Yes, in up to 3 browsers or devices at a time. Click “Remove license key” in a browser you no longer use to free its slot. If you are stuck, email support@data-matrix-generator.com.
Who processes the payment?
Waffo, our merchant of record. They handle the checkout, card details, sales tax or VAT and receipts. We never see your card details.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Within 14 days of purchase, use the form on the refund page or email support@data-matrix-generator.com. The refund goes back through Waffo to your original payment method.
